How to Download Instagram Reels to Your Gallery

Found a funny Reel or an inspiring video on Instagram? Saving it to your phone is easier than you think. Follow this simple guide to download any Instagram Reel in seconds.

1. Copy the Link:

Open the Instagram app and find the Reel you want to save. Tap the three dots (…) or the Share (Paper Airplane) icon at the bottom right of the screen. Select “Copy Link”.

2. Paste the Link

Open Social Download App in your browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.). Paste the copied link into the input box at the top of the page.

3. Click Download

Hit the “Download” button. Our server will process the video instantly.

4. Save the Video

A thumbnail of your video will appear. Click the “Download Video” button.

On iPhone (Safari): Tap the blue “Download” icon in the address bar, then tap the video and select “Save Video” to move it to your Photos app.
On Android: The video will save directly to your Gallery or Downloads folder.
